Again – these details MUST be updated in OP immediately. The staff in accounts often don't have easy access to files when attempting to correspond with clients and we rely on the information on the client's record key being up to date.

I have updated the typo in the last paragraph. The precedent is in both email and post formats, and therefore differs between "attaching" and "enclosing". You will also note that there is a need to do a Costs Disclosure with the this precedent.
